Sunday Killer Link Love Post #27

Every weeks I read a lot of articles from blogger fellows and I used to collect and share 10 interesting and useful articles from them every weekend, those articles cover blogging tips, affiliate marketing, social media, make money online, traffic building, SEO and etc.

There are several blog contests available on the blogosphere these days, I’m holding a $800 worth of cash prize and premium themes giveaway contest, and I joined a contest at DesignCrowd 2 days ago, you can help me to win the contest by retweeting the post. My blog buddy ZK participated the contest and I think you should him out by retweeting his blog post too.

Top 10 Sunday Killer Link Love Posts

1) How Do Search Engines Rank Websites? – SiteSketch101
There is a lot of discussion on the web about how to get into the highest ranks in the search engines. Link building, using the right keywords, all of that. But there is more to SEO than you might realize. At the end of the day, if you’re content isn’t up to scratch, then all the links in the world won’t help you. Or at least, even if you do get into the Highest ranks, you are not going to stay there long. So with that in mind, here’s my very simple guide to get in the results, climbing up them, and staying at the top.

2) 10 Ways to Convert Your Blog Visitors Into Dedicated Readers – DailyBlogTips
Do you want your blog to grow, increase your readership and subscriber numbers, have your content constantly spread, and make more money? Then you need to convert your blog visitors into dedicated readers. Visitors are those that stop by your blog, skim through an article or two, and then leave – never to return. Boo. They’re of no use.

3) How to Achieve the Same Benefits of a Guest Post by Leaving a Blog Comment – Blogussion
Guest posting is something many bloggers can’t do because of how long they take. However, leaving a comment on a blog can bring in the same results as writing a guest post, and Srinivas Rao will talk about exactly how that’s possible and how you can benefit.

4) Leaving Comments On Other Blogs: Still A Valuable Technique? – CatsWhoBlog
If you read blogs about blogging and money online such as this one, you probably stumbled upon the good old technique of leaving comments on other blogs to get a backlink to your blog.

5) 5 Drawbacks Of Hosting Guest Posts & 11 Tips For Dealing With Them – WeBlogBetter
Whether or not you’re interested in hosting a contest or just want to host more guest posts, you’ll still need to be prepared to contend with some of the drawbacks. Of course, if conducted appropriately, the benefits still outweigh all of these drawbacks. I’ve included some tips to make it easier for you.

6) 6 Things I Wish I Knew About Blogging 4 Years Ago – ViperChill
Any time that you take and apply blogging advice from me, you’re trusting someone who has created a number of blogs that failed miserably. But, even though I said I wouldn’t trust someone with marriage advice who has been divorced three times (they couldn’t learn after the second one?) I think the best people to trust are those who have made mistakes, learned from them, and then went on to success.

7) How to Keyword Stuffing Without Stuffing Keywords – FamousBloggers
I read with interest the article by Clifton Hatfield where he mentioned keyword stuffing is one of the 5 Out-of-Date SEO Strategies. There is not a tinge of doubt that I agree with his tips, but nevertheless, having keywords strategically placed in your post is one important factor that Search spiders relies on to decide if your post is relevant to your topic or your niche.

8 ) How Do You Beat Blogging Boredom? – WeBuildYourBlog
Sometimes, the thought of adding a new post to your blog on the same old subject can make you feel completely sick. It’s not enough that you have to immerse yourself in your chosen industry, but then you have to pick up your keyboard and tell everyone else what you have learned.

9) How Do I Make My Articles Go Popular on Digg? – DailyBlogTips
First of all your article will not go popular automatically once you submit it on Digg.com. If you are a power user (e.g., a Digg user with many friends, who participates actively in the community and have sent many stories to the front page in the past), then you’ll probably get a good amount of votes right after the submission, but even in this case it usually takes from 10 to 20 hours to get the story promoted the front page, provided the story is a good one and matches the interests of the Digg users.

10) The Art Of Reading To Become An Amazing Blogger – HowToMakeMyBlog
For starters, make sure whatever you do you’re not only reading blogs. While that should be an important part of your strategy, just reading blogs results in stale blog posts. It’s well known ideas are bounced around the blogosphere like an echo chamber. Reading books and magazines stimulate ideas and angles that aren’t showing up on every other blog, which makes you stand out.

Personal Ramblings

I’ve just completed and submitted 2 of my assignments and done a test today too, so I’ll be a little bit free right now and I could take time to complete several tasks on my hand, personal and blogging stuff. Also, I came back from dinner with my girlfriend and her family, we also went for shopping in IKEA and we had our supper too.

Other than these, finally I got my own car right now which my parents drove it up from my hometown to the place I stay right now, they took 3 hours to reach here. I thanked my dad and I felt happy to meet them up too. I’ll take a photo for my car and share it here when I get a chance.

I’ve been receiving quite a lot guest posts recently, if you would like to build one way dofollow backlinks, drive more traffic and build your brand, you may write a guest post for this blog. Please check out the guest posting guideline if you’re interested in guest posting.

Did you join any blog contest recently? What contest is it?
