1st Payment Received From Foodbuzz

April 2, 2009 · 9 comments

I’ve been using Foodbuzz for about 3 months on my Food Blog, Foodbuzz only accept food blogger to register as the Publisher. In order to make money online with Foddbuzz, first you have to own a food blog and make sure it has decent traffics and higher Pagerank, else they’ll just offer you a low rate per thousand impression. I’ve started my food blog for about a year, it was transfered from my sub-domain to a new domain months ago, but the updates are slow as I’m busying for other project recently, but I still get organic traffics from Google search engine.

In order to make money online with Foodbuzz in higher rate, you should have a food blog which has good traffics and higher Pagerank, says 500 page views and PR3, then Foodbuzz should offer you a attractive rate per 1000 impression. Foodbuzz pays you in CPM basis, which they pays a fixed rate per thousand impressions that has been agreed by both parties (You and Foodbuzz) and signed in the Contractor between both parties. So, building your food blog before you sign up Foodbuzz. Simply read my previous article and learn how to sign up with Foodbuzz.

Currently Foodbuzz only pays via paypal, I believe the checks method will be coming soon. Foodbuzz will pay you 3 months after the first time you sign up with them, you will get your payment by monthly basis after the 3 months onward. So, I’ve been serving Foodbuzz for 3 months and this is my first time getting payment via paypal from them. It’s just a penny as little as $2.04 but I’m still happy to see it because I don’t have to really work on it, just place the code and forget about it, it’s only $2.04, but who hates money right? Making money online with Foodbuzz is simple, as long as you update your food post and get more page impressions, then you get paid.

@Mike,
Haha, I don’t really put more effort on my Food Blog. You know why? I’m lazy to edit the photo. lol! But will update it shortly. :)

@earnword,
They’ll state the rate in your contract, it’s about $1 – $3 or more depending your blog’s traffics and pagerank. So, build up your food blog 1st before you signing up. ;)

@Irenelim,
Thank you Irene! It’s just a penny as low as $2 haha! But it’s still money. :)

@LWJ,
Thanks dude! I’m waiting my Adsense payment to arrive my doorstep too. Wish you luck okay? :)

Just look at Food Network and you can see there’s a high demand for foodie blogs. I know this post is a little old but still, that’s awesome that it worked out :)
