Hi Lee,

Thank you for the post. I know it’s a bit old, but you offer some good advice here.

One thing I especially like is that you state that you need to provide something a person needs. It might sound basic but it’s a step many people really seem to ignore, though it’s vitally important.

That involves getting to know the person you are in contact with and finding something that will help them and be a better fit for their needs. Just as you state in method number 1.

Great post. Again, I know it’s an older post but I’m looking forward to reading more.

Thanks a lot for this informative post..I am doing something similar by offering customers setup services and extra’s if they sign up under my affiliate link.

I know this post is old but if you are still promoting WebHostingPad you should know that they offer a higher payout through Commision Juntion – They offer $100 per sign up and you can ask for more if you do over 10 a month! I didn’t know this until I found out by accident when I was looking for hosting to promote on CJ!

However, they do not allow “forced clicks” – I wonder if offering somebody help or a service if they sign up under your link is classed as a forced click? I have emailed support for clarification

Setting up a blog for someone can be really great to pull in affiliates. Although you don’t get the money up front, if you set them up with a host that has recurring commission you can easily cover your costs very quickly.

On top of that, you have them refer their friends and you’re in business!

Ya using Web Hosting Aff. Program can be a great way to make money online. You can promote them in many ways. I am taking help of it by providing free wordpress installation if someone buys hosting from affiliate link on my blog.
