There were many incidents that happened in our day life could merged into blogging to enhance our blogging skills. When it comes to blogging, you don’t need to have good writing skills to grab your audience’s attention, you just need to know some simple techniques. In reality, I’m taking a course that is related to my day job, which is Quantity Surveyor course. The professor gave me inspiration of writing this article because I realized that the ways he lectured could really grabbed our attention.
During my secondary school few years ago, I was taught that I need to grab my audience’s attention and made my presentation more interesting, so don’t keep reading on the screen like reading scripts, try to draw a sketch and explain things that you’re presenting. When it comes to blogging, you need to create interest what you’re going to present to your readers. Your presentation must be simple, unique and able to grab your readers’ attention before they decide to quit your blog.

1) Create A Memorable Post Title
First you need to create a memorable post title, you need to grab your readers’ attention with your post title. Post title is what you can make your readers say “I must continue reading this post”. In fact, my professor first started his presentation, he told us about what he will share today, he always had something that grabbed our attention and made us felt “I want to know how can this thing to be done!”.
2) Trying To Be Enthusiasm
You need to be enthusiasm while writing your article. Bear in mind, reading is boring, so you need to be enthusiasm to keep your reader in fresh condition, so that they could finish the article and read another. My professor handled it well, he is really enthusiasm while lecturing, the way he presented, didn’t look like other serious professor who just knows how to lecture but don’t know how to grab his students’ attention, end up all students slept at the back.
3) Showing Picture In Presentation
As you know, picture speaks a thousand words. Your readers will be getting bored easily by just reading on the words, you might need to insert some relevant pictures into your blog post to make it more interesting. It goes same to my professor, he used to show us sketch in his presentation. Also, we can visualized it easily what he was talking about.
4) Straight To The Point, Skip Grandmother Story
Always write your article in point form and straight to the point, I believe that your readers have no interest to read your grandmother story too. Try to list down your points and elaborate them, so that your readers know how many points do you have in this article, if they don’t want to read other stories in the article, then they will straight jump to your points and read it.
5) Call To Action
This is something really works and effective to grab your readers’ attention, call for their actions. After reading your article, they might not knowing what to do next, so you need to raise up a question and ask for their opinions. At least they’re called to action and won’t be getting bored after reading the article.

That’s the steps that everybody should take and you should do it too. Most of the people are not commenting that much because they have no idea what to do next after reading your article, so “Call To Action” is very important. You can actually try these on your next blog post and tell us how’s it going?

I believe your headline is the most important part of your post. If you headline does not inspire your visitors to starting reading your post, it does not matter how good the rest of it is.

Create A Memorable Post Title is by far one of the most effective ways. Also, in my experience, a post with some kind of humor and emotions involve do stands out. It was something, i always try to incorporate to every blog post of mine.
