Flipping site is a great idea to make money in short period, but you need to monetize your blog in maximum so that you can sell in higher price, says 12x of your monthly earning. Surprisingly I sold the site for $250, which is approx 6 times the revenue for a site with only 1 month revenue history. Not bad. It's not impossible to build a new blog and monetize it, but you need more time to develop it. Before you can move onto new blog, it's better to develop your existing blog and make sure they could make decent income every month, if you can maintain the earning, then just go for a new blog. :) @Ravi,

Between, in order to increase your sales, you need to choose the right product, and pick the right keyword to promote your product.
