Getting organic traffic from Google or other search engines like Yahoo and MSN is not easy, so i’m sharing a few tips on how to increase your blog traffic here. This is what I did for my blog before too, as a blogger, how you make money without traffic ? If you are not good in SEO war, so you may need to do following steps to gain traffic :
1) Write and post consistently
- Keep updating your blog, 1 blog entry a day is the best. Your reader will run away if they found that your blog is not active, they will not visit your blog again after they had read all your previous entries. Remember, no traffic = no money!
2) Write more about make money and blogging tips
- I believe many of us may interest to read make money and blogging tips articles, included me! Read more, write more, gain more traffic and earn more money.
3) Commenting On Others’ Blog
- Looking for blog that has same niche with your blog, comment on their blog (Don’t spam or insert your link into comment). Google “make money blogging“, I believe you can get tonnes of similar blog.
4) Active in Forums
- Stay active in famous forums, build up a group or community, be friends with others. You can ask your “friend” to support your blog in the coming days. I believe they wont reject you.
5) Submit Articles
- Write your articles, and submit them to article directories, Google it up and you can easily get thousand of article directories. I prefer Digg.com. If your entry is interesting and quality, you can easily get traffic from it.
6) Submit Your Blog to Blog Directories
- This is very famous method that everyone did, but i don’t fate with it because i only get little traffic from this.
7) Post Latest Information
- If you can get the latest information in your niche, write it and post it as fast as you can. You can get a lot of traffic from it.
8 ) Run a Contest
- Create a contest on your blog, example : Most commenting contest, Subscribe and win or any contest you like. Give out unique prizes to the winner, i believe everyone love to get free gift in easy way. You can bring new visitors to your blog too.
This is all my 8tips to get easy blog traffic without a single cent to your blog. If you do it properly, you can simply get hundred or thousand traffic from there. It’s better if you expert in Search Engines Optimisation, it saves your time!
