The design of a blog is the most important thing for a blog because it’s the first thing that what readers will see for the first time they visit your blog. First impression is very important, it can bring you to sucess or failure. What you expect your visitors to stay long in your blog if the loading speed is slow and take long time to load full page?
A design of your blog can affect your search engine ranking too. If your blog size is very big and heavy, search engine spiders take long time to crawl your site, you make spiders hate your site and throw your site to dustbin. So, be sure you’re designing your blog for search engine optimization as well.
Things To Avoid In A Blog
1) Not To Use Heavy Flash
Less or totally don’t use heavy flash in your blog, because it makes your blog’s loading speed slow down. It takes long time to load full page, before you visitors can read your article, they leave your blog already due to long loading time.
2) Not To Use Dynamic Urls
Dynamic URL is a url without search engine familiar. Look at the example and you get what I mean.

It’s not search engine familiar at all, you can make it by editing your permalinks setting, perhaps you can check over here.
It’s recommended to make your url to be search engine familiar,it can really improve your search engine ranking.

3) Not To Put Excessive Graphic Ads
Excessive of graphic ads will really affect the loading time for your blog. Other than graphic ads, you’re not recommended to insert too much text link ads into your blog, it’s more like a Ads Blog more than a niche blog.
The first impression is very important for a blog, because visitors will decide to stay or leave or return again depend on what they see your blog for the first time. Fresh and quality content is one of the important factor that make a visitor return to you site too. Be sure that you follow the tips, create a clean and quality blog, I believe that you’ll have a lot of loyal readers in short time.

There are a lot of Google AdSense Ads on your site. Have Google increase the Ads quantity that allow on one page?
Jayce : Nope, as what I noticed. Publisher is allowed to put 3 Ad unit and 3 Link unit. But so far I only put 3 ad unit and 1 link unit. So, should be okay to put adsense ads like this. =)
