I‘ve been using Thesis Theme for quite some times, it’s about 2 months from the day I wrote about it because Thesis Theme is a well SEO optimized theme and it’s probably what a make money online niche blog need. Thesis Theme is very flexible when it comes to customization, you can customize your thesis theme to whatever design you like, but you’ll need to know a little about editing coding, the custom.css and custom_functions.php files almost control everything in Thesis Theme.

How To Highlight Author Comments
I’ve actually received quite a few emails from my readers asking me about how to highlight the author comments in thesis theme, it’s fairly easy to do that. You just need to copy the following code and paste it into your custom.css file and you’re done.
/* HIGHLIGHT AUTHOR COMMENTS */
.custom dl#comment_list dt.bypostauthor, .custom dl#comment_list dd.bypostauthor>div {background: #E7F8FB none repeat scroll 0 0; padding-top:20px;}
If you do the right thing, your author comment section should be look like this. Your comment will be in blue color instead of white color for other commenters, you can change the color as you like.
Thesis Customization is really easy to be done but you’ll need to know how to do that, follow the thesis tutorials on the internet and you can customize your thesis theme yourself too. It’s better to make author’s comment and reader’s comment different in term of design or color, so that people will not become confusing.
Between, this tutorial is for Thesis Theme only, but I think you could do a search in Google.com to look for tutorial for others.
I see that Thesis theme is SEO-optimized, but I don’t see that your blog is well-ranked and I don’t see that your blog got a pagerank. Can you explain this? I like to hear your answer.

This blog has a PR3. As for the SEO optimized, Thesis Theme does help a little in SEO but building more quality backlinks and writing great content is still the main key. If using Thesis Theme and you can rank well without doing anything, I believe that all the blogs in blogosphere would be using Thesis theme.

I think this code would be worked for all Thesis Theme, are you using Threaded Comment wordpress plugin? How about if you use the Threaded Comment under your wordpress cpanel? Go to Setting > Discussion Setting, then checkbox the nested comment. Then paste the code and disable your Threaded Comment plugin.
Let me know if this couldn’t be done.
