Shekhor Biswas : For forum, you have to just register an account and start join the conversation or discussion over there. Remember to add your site name in the Signature so that people can see your site whenever you drop a messages there. For web directory, you can simply read my previous post that teach you how to submit your blog to the directory. Simply do this first and I believe that you'll get some traffic over there.
