What Is Keyword Stuffing
Keyword Stuffing is a technique that bloggers or webmasters use to get a high search engine ranking for the keyword that they optimized.
How To Consider As Keyword Stuffing?
1) Repeating Keyword
You write an article about baby product, you repeat the keyword “baby product” for more than 10times, that’s mean you’re asking search engine spiders to group you in the spamming category. Repeat the keyword 1-3 times is ideal.
2) Hiding Text
Other than repeating keyword, you can’t hide the text or keyword as well. Let’s say you write an article, you change the colour for the text match the background colour, or making the text to very small. Your reader can’t see the text but search engine can see it.
By doing keyword stuffing, Google treat it as a serious matter and may kills your search engine ranking as well. Google might de-index your article from their database, the thing you can do is to say “ByeBye” to your ranking and your blog. Never try to do keyword stuffing to cheat Google, Google is smart enough to handle this matter, unless you’re smarter than Google. Practicing on creating useful, unique and quality content that uses appropriate keywords in your article, it benefits your reader and also search engine bots.

Nonsense repeat of keywords and hidden text, those are BLACKHAT SEO ways. :) frowned upon.
Use la ways like bolding or using H1, H2, H3 tags to highlight your keywords.
