Make Money Online With FoodBuzz

Foodbuzz

Foodbuzz is a Advertisement Company that something like Nuffnang, they pay in CPM basis which mean they pay you a fixed rate for 1000 page impressions. Foodbuzz only accept people who own a Food Blog but not any other blogs. I like Foodbuzz because it’s not everyone can signs up with Foodbuzz, only bloggers who suit their requirements then only are able to sign up with them.

Make money online with Foodbuzz is really simple, the concept is “Insert and Forget“. Which mean you just have to insert the code into your food blog, then just forget it and keep on blogging. So, I will teach you how to sign up with Foodbuzz and their requirements.

*Quote from Foodbuddy.net.

How To Sign Up With FoodBuzz

1) First, you need to own a Food Blog since their name is Foodbuzz, so they only accept Food Blog.

2) Second, sign up in Foodbuzz.

3) Third, you want to join Foodbuzz Feather Publisher program, you have to fill up this form. (Foodbuzz Referral Form)
Attention : At the most bottom area, you have to fill in the people who refer you. So, I have to say please and thank you to fill in my name ( Lee Ka Hoong from http://www.foodbuddy.net/ ). This is a must because they need exist Foodbuzz Feather Publisher to recommend them to accept new members.

4) Fourth, after you have done all the steps, you just have to wait for their email. Foodbuzz will send you an agreement in email within a week. The first agreement in email will be titled with “Foodbuzz Publisher Agreement Follow-up‏” from Foodbuzz member. You’re required to print out the agreement, read the terms and condition, sign your signature on the agreement, either you fax the agreement to them or you scan it in pdf file and email it to them.

5) Fifth, after you have done step 4th, then you have to wait for their another agreement within 2 or 3 days. The 2nd agreement in email will be titled with “Welcome to the Foodbuzz Featured Publisher Program!‏” and attached with the “comScore Media Metrix” and “Michigan Raw Food Blog NetView”. So, the same step as Step 4, you’re required to read the terms and condition and sign your signature on both of them. You can either fax the agreement to them or you scan it in pdf file and email it to them.

In this steps, you’re required to fill in your personal details to reply their email. Details as below :-

a) Full Name

b) Mailing Address

c) Closest Metropolitan Area

d) Phone Number (optional)

e) Your PayPal account email address

f) Preference for ad size (Visit this page to view their ad size)

6) Lastly, Foodbuzz will send you another email that contains your Ad Code and titled with “Your Foodbuzz Ad Code – Your Site Name‏”. So, you have to just copy and paste the ad code at the location that you want in your Food Blog. Done!

Conclusion

In conclusion, Foodbuzz is really a great advertisement company that I never seen before, so I will keep support them. My 2 cents is, try not to sign up with Foodbuzz first if your food blog traffics is still low because they will only offer you low pay rate of 1000 of page impressions. Perhaps you can try to improve your blog traffics and sign up with Foodbuzz!

Oh, that’s great mike! Perhaps you can try that also because I don’t know whether is it working or not. Just pay RM30+ for a domain name and start it, develop it in some days and let me know the result okay?
Perhaps we can develop a niche blog together in future. :)

Haha, I can start a new blog if I got many things to write and keep on writing but I have to plan my times too, really lack of time. So far I have 3 blogs and I can’t even update them in daily basis. So I’ll only update 3-5times in a week. :)
Between, if you want, we can think a niche that we both able to keep on writing and we just go for it. ;)
Oh? Great! Just show me when it’s done okay? :)

Actually you can not put both Nuffnang and Foodbuzz on your blog since they are both CPM basis. I know since I used to have both without realising that I wasn’r supposed to. Foodbuzz contacted me and asked me to take Nuffnang’s ad down. It is part of the agreement that we signed with Foodbuzz. So if you still have both, chances are FB doens’t know it yet.

@Farina,
Yes, many bloggers explained about these, but Foodbuzz never contacted me and asked me to take NN’s ad down, but I don’t mind to take down NN since I earn nothing from NN, no harm for me. :P
You’ve a nice food blog too, are you interested to exchange link with my food blog too? :D

Do u have to pay Foodbuzz when u sign up as their member, i..e if I already have a Food blog website? New to all these online advertisements. Even if u sign up, they’ll need to vet your application/blog to see whether u are eligible, right?

Thanks

@Cheah SH,
Nope, you don have to pay Foodbuzz when you sign up as their member. Yes, you need to send your application to them for review, they will reply you to see whether you’re eligible with the program. I recommend you to build your food blog and increase the blog traffic before signing up, then you will get a higher CPM (Cost per impression) rate.

@Orkut Scraps,
No I don’t think so, I don’t think they accept blog in Blogspot or Wordpress.com. You may want to get your own domain for Foodbuzz.

Hello, I’ve started blogging last April 2009. And recently bought my own domain and everything has set up. I also have joined Foodbuzz and received an email for publishing program. They’ve offered me $1.00 per thousand impressions as I’m non-US blogger. I haven’t signed the agreement papers yet.
I’m wondering that does Foodbuzz offering me a good rate? Do you think it is good rate, i.e. $1.00 per thousand impression?

Please advice me as I’m new-bee in blogging and online money making.
Your help will really be appreciated!
Thank you.
