A good idea, but from experience I do no think it will do well. If they can prove me wrong, I will be the first to admit, but I've seen nothing from it so far over a couple of months. hrm, I got more than 50 referral from ad.ly but until now, I don’t get any Opportunities or even any income from my referrals. Contrary to sponsored tweet, I got a lot of job by playing around with the pricing.

Great! Regarding the tax id, I think you can just put it as “000″ or something like that if you don’t have any, that was what I usually did.
