I made $1,00 one month from one of my niche blogs using the technique. I am not sure I would ever do more than one a month on StandOutBlogger though.

nice article man….pagerank and backlink sure is a good point to get more advertiser . off course if we want to advertise ourself , we won’t choose blog without having nice pagerank and traffic

You do have to be careful with paid posts. If you do them too frequently, readers lose trust in your blog. Also, you have to be careful of the new FTC guidelines for paid reviews. I believe you now have to explicitly tell your readers when you are paid for a post. Really if you are going to take money to promote a product or service, you should have faith in that product or service. Ideally it would be something that you have actually used or would be willing to try.

I rarely approach to product owners and ask for a review copy, I’ll just wait them to approach to me and give me a review copy. No worry Sarge, when an advertiser approaches to you then you’ll know how’s that. ;)

I have yet to write a paid post, have never been asked. I don’t really know if I would, I guess it depends on the product at hand.

Honesty on the net is something to not take likely. Some users would lie to get the post out or to make a few bucks, but not of all of us do it.

I have heard many users making a killing from paid posts and it’s good for them. We need to make money somehow and they are capitalizing on it now.
