Anytime is a good time to start but there is catch when you enter the market. Say if it is in 1990s and you tell your friends – hey I’ve got myself a dot com and everyone would be rushing to click and check it out. – :)
The market place and marketing trends really determines weather you are positioned in a good place at a good time. Having the right tools and resources is essential but making sure you have an attraction niche is really important.
Regardless of where the money lies I am a firm believer in finding your passion and making money with your passion. Everyone has that passion it is just finding it and working it

Lee, quite true that one can make a lot of money online and that the internet is one of the biggest marketers today. I also think that within these incredible down times of unstable economies, that the internet will always be a source to run away from such a turmoil (as this is where people turn to to socialize and relax.)
The sad thing is that people don’t have the courage to actually keep doing what they’re doing: blogging and working at their sites.
But heck At the end of the day, I guess not everyone should succeed (there should be a balance) – otherwise when 2 billion make money online successfully – we’re all going to make cents online!
