Their 7 days cooling off period also a trick,as it’s counted the very 1st day you register,even the 1st second haven’t start yet!Means,if you register on Wednesday,it supposed will be end on same Wednesday next week,right?But,not in P1, they will end one day earlier,as they will say your 1st day also counts!Think logically.how many days from Wednesday until Thursday?The real answer is ‘ONE’ day,right?But in P1 lousy maths calculation,they will counts as ‘TWO’ days!BEWARE!!!!

Don’t be tricked by P1 promotion of 2′s modem;as it’s uselessto have 2′s,when one is more than enough!Furthermore,their so-called 2′s modem is not for free,ok?it’s on rental basis,means they still the owner of the devices,right?So,they gain anything,even from first second you register their plan with their plan,as they are charging RM100 for every customer’s activation fee of RM100,…That’s what i called RIDICULOUS!!!!

I have been a P1 customer for 2 years. Initially it was very slow and erratic, but so far until now i have had no major problems. Every problem i had was immediately solved within the hour. Sometimes there are ‘down times’ but not for very long and very rarely happened to me. P1 really is one of the best i have ever used. Customer service now is even better and faster, and they have extended their coverage areas too. In fact, i read they have already signed contract with China Mobile and are heading towards TD-LTE. Even more faster than 4G and more accessible. It takes time for companies to improve. I was patient enough to stand-by P1, and i’;m glad i did.

yeah,yeah! Bla,bla,bla! dont’t ever say that! p1 is a big liar! the service they provide is a pcs of shit! sometimes, opps! no! sorry! most of the time actualy the speed of p1 max more slower than a edge or 3g ! believe me. soon after you will understand what i talking about. pls don’t sign for any new package or upgrading your package into ‘pro’ (RM139/ month). it will give you a very big dissapoinment. just finish your contract and sign to another provider. in my opinion, unifi is the best in malaysia. trust me or you will be in hell!

Really? just watch what happen after a few day. just dont make any command before you test it. don’t say no problem to your friend. if you tell somebody that p1 is good or no problem, after then people will thinking that your are such a big liar.

just change it to unifi and you will feel happy! p1 is the biggest liar of the service provider in malaysia. Got problems? dont even try to contact them it’s properly wasting your time and money. i’m also a p1 user since two year ago. tell u what? they didn’t give u the service what you are paying for! it was a biginning of a nightmare for who use p1. i just wonder the why goverment didn’t take any action. i just pay Rm139 for a ‘pro’ package for a speed slower than a edge or 3g networks. go! change it! and you will feel happy.

Seems like P1 connection stable after May 2010. I do not have problem on speed and stability since then. (*sometime the network disconnected at 3am, heard is due to network upgrade BUT without customer service announcement)
