Finally the logo design for MyBlog2Day has been completed, there are two concept and I’ll need to choose one of them. I prefer logo concept #1 as it looks more professional, while my brother liked the logo concept #2, he said that was more creative. As I like both concepts and can’t make a decision, so I would like to push it to my readers and let you guys to choose one for me.
This poll will be active for 2 days, I’ll then request the designer to send me the concept based on the number of votes from you guys. So please spend 10 seconds to choose the logo that you like to see in MyBlog2Day, and cast your vote!

Both concept look crazy. Make it simpler.

Yah, I agree with you. It is pretty complicated and bit messy. It would bring more impact if it is simpler but with clear and sharp image.
If you still want to use the logo, I think it is better if you rid off the black outline and make it looks sharper because I can easily see the pixelate at the logos.
And if it is possible, try not to use two/three colour effects. It would be be better. Try to base it on other great blogs such as shoemoney,problogger and johnchow. All of them do not use colour effect on their logo.

Well, I voted for concept #1, but I do agree with above comments, in my case I was confused for a moment because those D letters are kind of not recognizable at first sight, my first thought when I read it was “My Blog 2 Pay ????!!!!” What pay….
Since I know the title of your blog, it wasn’t hard for me to recognize, but for someone who is coming to your blog first time, the design is just not good. letters are not distinctive.

I choose number 2 concept. I think it is more casual and match this blog perfectly.

I too like concept #2. IMHO, it needs a little revision so that the reader will not mistake it for ‘myblog-i-day’. It is eye-catching and pleasing. People will easily identify this with your blog.

I voted: I don’t like both of them!
It is because I only like certain parts of both of them.
1. I like the words: “My Blog 2 Day” on the first one but I dislike the second one.
2. I think the first logo’s “Do Follow” icon is too big and the second one is nice.
3. And the first logo’s tagline is barely readable. Please make it bolder! ;-)

Hey Gloson thanks for your kind suggestions and thanks again for being here. Honestly, I don’t really like both of them too but that’s only what they can do, I’m regret to order from them.
I agree with your suggestions, the tagline is in grey color and difficult to be seen. Between, I’ve requested for another revision and make the logo as simple as it can. If the new revision doesn’t look good, I’ll just ask them to make the tagline bolder for the concept #1 and just take it. :)
Great! But there’s still one more thing I don’t like about both of them: The D in Day is hard to read. It looks like “P”. ;-)

I do not like the 2nd logo at all..way too fancy and not appealing to the eyes at all, the first one is “okay” but if you are paying someone to design a logo for you I have to agree with the above comments, keep it simple :)

Yea, I’ve requested another revision and ask them to make it as simple as they can. This 2 logos were revision #5 or #6 if not mistaken, the first few logos totally looked sucks and something I can even do it myself.
