If you are new into the blogging world, you should know before starting what a blog really is. This term “Blog” is actually coming from the word “Weblog” or “Web Log”. In the late 1990´s, these Web Logs were used as online journals and people can use them as publishing platforms of whatever it is in their minds.

The Blogs (name used into these days “WebLogs” for short) are also known as CMS or Content Management Systems. A CMS allow the writer to publish the content in a Website and manage it very easily without the need to deal with any coding or at least very basic coding only. WordPress it is one of the best and my preferred choice of this CMS software and it is completely free.

The software also comes with GUI (Graphical User Interface) for easy management of the articles. The tools can also automatically organize all the articles or posts as we generally said in the blogging world and let them ready to publish more articles in an organized sequence.

Blogging Advantages

The main question is, Why you should be Blogging? First as I already said, it will help to communicate better with your readers or prospects. If you have an online business, then you need to establish a connection or make yourself trustworthy and blogging it is the best way for your future clients to know you and decide if they can actually trust you before closing any deals with you.

Blogging also can do a very important task if not the most important when trying to sell and it is to “Pre Sell” to persuade your actual prospects without really selling them anything directly just being friends. As you see blogging it is not only another tool to may take into consideration when opening an online business, it is a MUST to have if you want to open any kind of online business.
